The BioCalendar helps you get as many attendees to your event as possible! You have two great options to post your events:
OPTION 1: The BioCalendar Membership:
POST AS MANY EVENTS AS YOU WANT
This membership enables you to 1) directly post as many of your events as you want (within the period of a year) on The BioCalendar, and more importantly, 2) have a 50% discount on ALL additional promotional options in our BioCalendar Pricing Guide (below), which can lead to thousands of dollars in savings!
Memberships are $300 per year per organization. Get your membership today and get started posting your events on The BioCalendar!
OPTION 2: Submit your events on a one-at-a-time or event-by-event basis
Don’t need to post/promote several events throughout the year? Then Option 2, submitting one at a time, is for you.
You begin the process by filling out your event’s information on the next page, then paying via credit card. Each regular event posting on The BioCalendar is $25.
For additional promotion opportunities, such as putting your event in bold or banners or Big4Bio reach/extension options, simply review the pricing information below and then contact us to add your preferred ways to maximize your attendance and make your event stand out from the rest!
