Channels and Transporters in Immunity

This inaugural conference topic will examine how ion channels and transporters (ICTs) control key aspects of intracellular signaling and cell physiology. Relatively little is known about how ICTs regulate immune responses in the context of inflammation, asthma, allergies, autoimmune diseases, anti-tumor immunity, and infection. The program will cover a range of topics including ICT functions in adaptive and innate immune cells, ICT structure and signaling, neuroinflammation, cancer immunology, and ICT immunopharmacology.
