PIUG Biotechnology Conference

Overview

Now in its seventeenth year, the PIUG Biotechnology Conference focuses on best practices for patent information professionals who specialize in biotechnology search and analysis. Within a changing business environment, patent searchers continue to provide value to companies and clients by maintaining contemporary knowledge of resources, technologies and industry trends.

To allow participation by a wider audience, particularly those in other countries, this year, PIUG will be making the conference available through the use of our Meeting App.  We still encourage attendance in person for the full conference experience and enhanced interaction between attendees and our vendors.  All sessions will be recorded and available for access within a day or two of the presentation through the app for both virtual and in-person attendees.  Registration for Virtual Attendance will not have an early-bird component for pricing and will open on January 16th one week prior to when the rates for in-person attendees rise to the standard rate and early-bird rates end.  Early Bird Rates have just been extended to January 22nd. The main difference in cost of registration essentially covers the cost of the food and beverages provided during the conference onsite.  It will be good to once again meet in person and reconnect with your peers.
