In the current alignment of the #MeToo, #BlackLivesMatter, and COVID’s #GreatResignation movements, individuals and organizations may finally be ready to address the challenges of true inclusivity and diversity. This is the right thing to do, and it’s about time. The era is gone where we refer to our people as FTEs (full-time equivalents) like another piece of equipment. The time is here for creating cultures that attract and retain a company’s most important resource, its people. The mountain seems high. Where should you start?
