Retinal Neurobiology and Visual Processing
June 16 - June 21
For over 30 years, this conference has brought together a group of vision scientists with diverse approaches to the latest research and technical advances exploring the relationship between the structure and function of the retina and visual processing. This year’s major themes include understanding how retinal circuits process visual information to generate unique outputs; how retinal circuitry develops; how knowledge of normal circuitry informs strategies for repair; how retinal structure and function relate to visual behavior; and discovering state-of-the-art tools to probe new functions of retinal neurons and their connections.
